Responsibilities:
Assist with all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Operate hand tools and basic power tools
Support tradesmen and site supervisors as needed
Trenching & digging holes carefully to avoid utilities
Requirements:
Previous construction experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidates
Strong work ethic and reliability are a must
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
