Seeking experienced Maintenance Workers for residential apartment properties. Duties include general repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and site upkeep.
Requirements:
3+ years maintenance experience
Valid CA Driver’s License
Full coverage auto insurance & clean driving record
Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and power tools
Able to work indoors/outdoors and lift materials as needed
Schedule:
Mon–Thurs: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
Fri: 7:30 AM–4:40 PM
Every other Friday off!
