Xpand Staffing is currently seeking **4 dependable General Laborers** to assist with a special project at a distribution hub in **Vacaville, CA**. This is a great short-term opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are ready to start immediately.
## Job Responsibilities:
* Install pole racks and safety poles throughout the facility
* Assemble and position equipment according to project specifications
* Use basic hand tools safely and efficiently
* Lift, carry, and move materials as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
* Work efficiently as part of a team to complete the project on schedule
## Qualifications:
✅ Previous general labor, construction, warehouse, or installation experience preferred
✅ Comfortable using basic hand tools
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift
✅ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
✅ Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
✅ Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
