Jacobson Urbanic LLP, a boutique civil litigation firm, is seeking a part-time office/discovery clerk. This is an entry-level role focused on providing administrative and clerical support to our paralegals and staff.
The role offers a flexible schedule, but candidate must be available to work at least 12-16 hours a week during typical business hours.
Responsibilities:
• Faxing/filing/copying/scanning
• Data entry
• Draft discovery requests using provided templates
• Draft discovery responses (shells)
• Backup phone support
• Organize and maintain case files and documents
• Assist with sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Basic clerical functions as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some office experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fast and accurate typing speed with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, and to manage your time to ensure tasks are completed promptly
• A positive and friendly demeanor

$20-$22/hour
