Our growing dental practice, Make A Smile Children's Dental, is seeking a part-time experienced Marketing and Advertising Specialist to join our team. If you are an individual that is driven by potential and opportunity this is the position for you! We are continuing to grow our business with 2 new offices in the Bay Area, come and grow with us!


∙ Professional Planning and Business Strategy
∙ Create and implement measurable strategies that will drive hard revenue goals and increase awareness.
∙ Develop a marketing plan that reaches target audiences quickly and effectively.
∙ Mobilize with efficiency and flexibility -- measuring results and adjusting the plan to reach aggressive goals quickly.

Web Presence
∙ Build upon and enrich current web presence.
∙ Protect and improve our online reputation and reviews.

Brand Building
∙ Continue to develop and strengthen our voice to build brand awareness, relevance, reputation and esteem among target audiences.
∙ Ensure that the brand is strong and consistent in every marketing tactic, and that it is communicated with creativity and impact.
∙ Lead the creation/production of inspiring design.

Social Media
∙ Lead communications team to create a best in class social media presence.

Desired Attributes
∙ Experience developing high level marketing and brand strategy in line with the strategic vision of the organization.
∙ A business leader with success in leveraging social media to grow our brand.
∙ A marketing leader with the vision to seek out new promotional avenues to support our goals.

Desired Qualifications
∙ Knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management, sales and business development; along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
∙ Experience working with a variety of traditional and modern marketing and communications functions including: branding and messaging to different target audiences.
∙ Knowledge of Microsoft Office and desktop publishing programs, Adobe Creative Suite programs, and an understanding of social media platforms.

Required Qualifications
∙ Social-Media Advertising
∙ 5 years of well-rounded marketing/business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with a focus on marketing.
∙ An understanding of all aspects of print material production; development and implementation of social media plans
