Looking for a day shift position? We are looking for an Industrial Electrician for our industrial manufacturing plant in Placer County. Great company, good benefits and opportunities for advancement.
The successful candidate will have knowledge in the maintenance and sustaining operation of manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting and repairing various components and systems, including power, distribution, regulation, instrumentation, AC and DC motors and control circuits, hydraulic and mechanical systems, and other electrical and miscellaneous electrical work.
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve reliability of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and controls systems.
• Diagnose and resolve causes of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues. Put in place permanent solutions to problems.
• Work safely at all times by abiding with company safety policies including, but not limited to personal protective equipment.
Qualifications
• Electrical, 480 volt/3 phase, motor starters, proximity switches, photo eyes, machine interface (MI), control logic. Ability to understand mechanical system operations to provide PLC control of operations and safety circuits.
• Familiar with automated manufacturing equipment (VFDs, conveyors, safety circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• 3+ years electrical experience.
• 3+ years Industrial Maintenance / Industrial Electrician environment experience.
• Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs; must have ability to perform essential functions of the job, which could include standing, bending, stooping, and climbing.

Hours: 3:00 am - 12:00 noon, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
