Assembly Technician / Production & Warehouse Technician (Entry–Mid Level)

We are a fast-growing motorized water sports company that builds electric motor-assisted kayaks and related products. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dependable, hands-on Assembly / Production & Warehouse Technician. This role is open to entry-level candidates as well as those with prior assembly, technician, or warehouse experience.

About the Role
This position will start with a 90-day paid training/probation period. During this time, you will be trained in our assembly processes, quality standards, and warehouse operations. Upon successful completion of the 90 days, the role will convert to a full-time, regular position.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your experience level, you will be trained or take ownership of:
Assembly & Production
Assemble mechanical and electrical components and sub-assemblies
Perform low-voltage wiring and cable installation
Use hand tools and light power tools
Install components into finished products
Perform basic quality checks and functional testing
Warehouse & Logistics
Load and unload trucks and shipments
Receive, move, and organize parts, materials, and finished goods
Pick, pack, and stage products for shipment
Help maintain inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness
Assist with general warehouse operations and material handling
What We’re Looking For
Open to both entry-level and experienced candidates. Training provided.
Comfortable with hands-on work in both assembly and warehouse environments
Able to lift up to ~50 lbs and perform physical work (including loading/unloading trucks)
Willing to learn, follow instructions, and build new skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to work on-site in Rancho Cordova
Nice to Have (but not required):
Assembly, manufacturing, or production experience
Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience
Experience using tools or doing mechanical/electrical assembly
Forklift or pallet jack experience
Interest in outdoor sports, fishing, boating, or kayaking
Schedule
During training: Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, daytime hours
After training: Full-time regular position
