We are looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help build and install custom mobile detailing setups. This position involves welding, fabrication, and installing equipment into customer vehicles.
This is not an entry-level position. The role will involve mostly independent work, so the ability to learn quickly, retain information, and execute tasks without constant supervision is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Welding frames for mobile detailing setups
Cutting and shaping diamond plate to fit custom builds
Measuring, fabricating, and assembling equipment mounts
Installing setups into vans, trucks, and trailers
Working with tools such as grinders, saws, and welders
Ensuring all work is clean, secure, and professional
Occasionally assisting with loading/unloading materials
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
Experience with welding (MIG preferred)
Comfortable with cutting, measuring, and fabrication work
Strong attention to detail — clean, straight, professional builds are required
Ability to learn quickly and retain instructions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable and punctual
Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working with tools
Important:
Welding skills will be tested prior to hiring
Pay is based on experience and skill level
This is not an entry-level position
