POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Interpret blue prints and other documentation to produce components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies. --Verifies specifications using various measuring tools. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and insures the cleanliness and organization of the work space. Documents and troubleshoots assemblies as required.
-Prepares work to be assembled utilizing assembly instructions, blue prints, market lists, etc.
-Have to carefully test the partly assembled parts before performing the final assembling.
-Verifies specification by measuring or checking parts to be assembled.
-Follow the targets and deadlines set for jobs.
-Follow instructions written and/or verbal.
-Must follow all the safety procedures, environmental guidelines and company rules and regulations while assembling.
-Document and troubleshoot assemblies as required.
-Keep equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance procedures.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-Self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
-Good math and analytical skills.
-Strong teamwork skills
-Must be organized and know how to maintain equipment.
-Need to have excellent manual dexterity and should be able to work with small, detailed objects.
-High school diploma or GED.
