This is a project I purchased from a person who was undergoing a pristine restoration project of a 1974 Yamaha RD350. The engine was completely disassembled and rebuilt including crankshaft grinding, new seals, etc. I was given the paperwork on the shop that did it but I lost that paper. The frame and trailing arm was stripped and powercoat painting. As you could see on pics, some of the parts were shot peened and prepared for painting. This was to be a father son restoration that fell apart when the father moved away. The son, who I purchased this project from, sold off some of the parts, ie the wheels, chrome fenders, cylynders and heads, etc before I purchased it. I have a clear title for it in California, at the moment obviously non op. Frame and engine numbers match. I had the tank, covers headlight bucket professionally repainted, decaled and clear coasted by a professional shop that did restorations on classic vehicles. I am too old to do this anymore and it was one of the projects I was going to do but never got around to it. VIN 351207433. This vehicle if restored to the intended quality originally started would be worth over $10000. This is local pick up only, no shipping

The engine was completely disassembled and rebuilt including crankshaft grinding, new seals, etc. I was given the paperwork on the shop that did it but I lost that paper. I will also warranty the short block with $1000 refund for six months after your purchase against any defects. I lost the paperwork where the bill was where the prior owner paid a shop to go through the transmission, crank, bearings and all seals. The bill was for $1200 I think and was done at a shop that specialized in 2 stroke restorations. Also I can give you some of the parts that are missing. These parts would need full restoration, like the oil pump, front forks, wheel rear, that need rechroming and re spoking etc.

Unfortunately I lost one of the headlamp ears. I am too old to do this anymore and it was one of the projects I was going to do but never got around to it. VIN 351207433.
