1968 Vespa 150 Sprint (VLB1T) – Rolling Italian Time Capsule
Up for grabs: a 1968 Vespa 150 Sprint, aka the stylish Italian scooter that once outran buses, bugs, and broken hearts. This one's got good bones:
Solid tank, frame, and frame stands
Strong column, front brakes, hardware, choke, wiring, and brake lever
Handlebars (SOLD), speedometer, back seat + single front seat frame included
The Body: Floorboards need some TLC (bend 'em back, easy-peasy if you know your way around a hammer)
Why this year matters: The '68 Sprint was part of Vespa's golden era — 4-speed, 10" wheels, capable of hitting 60+ mph (when it has an engine, of course). This was the scooter James Bond would have ridden if he preferred espresso over martinis.
