A beautiful Martin D-18 dreadnought guitar from 1971 in excellent condition is available for sale together with its original Harptone hard shell case. Combine that with tone woods that are 55 years young and you've got a monster complex of aged Martin tone and sustain! Original Grover rotomatic tuners, rosewood bridge and fretboard (BRW?), Sitka spruce top and very woody sounding mahogany back and sides, are all featured along with a 1-11/16" nut width, 2-3/16" string spacing at the saddle, in this vintage instrument from the early 70s.
The tone is tremendous! Booming bass and crystalline trebles with strong volume, delivers as its legacy promises.
The interior lining of the case is velvety blue—overall a very rare and clean Martin from the days of yesteryear.
