Because my sister-in-law is moving into a care facility and has to undergo significant downsizing. The piano has been well cared for over the years and remains in excellent working condition. It holds sentimental value, but with the transition she’s making, it’s simply no longer practical to keep it. We’re hoping it goes to someone who will appreciate it and continue to take good care of it.
