Hate to sell this, but a neck injury has compelled me to give up guitar playing. This was my dream acoustic. Handcrafted in small shop in Canada. Boucher has managed to figure out how to make a warm but clear-sounding dread without emasculating the bass response or goosing upper mids/treble. This truly is a "balanced" guitar. Very comfortable neck profile. It has had three or four frets replaced, due to normal wear. The bridge saddle was sanded down in order to lower action, but this proved too low, so a shim was subsequently added. There are a few minor cosmetic flaws detailed below. Not all are easily visible in photos. Others are exaggerated by photos but I assume anyone interested in such an instrument will want to examine/play it in person.
1) It has a shallow ding/discoloration in the top that does not show up in photos.
2) Slight wear along left side of headstock front.
3) Slight wear on binding on left bout that was covered with lacquer by a professional luthier.
Local sale preferred. Willing to entertain serious offers. All others will be ignored.
