This beautiful piano has been regulated to perfection with all the thousands of adjustments calibrated correctly so you will have the beautiful sound and touch that you expect from a Steinway. The piano also has new strings, the harp(the metal part of the piano) has been exquisitely refinished and has a new pin-block as well. This alone cost me 7K. This piano will last for many more years no doubt. It also has Steinway and Renner hammers giving a bold but not bright sound that is expected from a Steinway. Recently I re bushed the keys so they are tight but fluid so the keyboard feels like a brand new piano. This is an astounding buy for the money but I need to unload one of my pianos as up-keeping four grand pianos is a bit much and this one I have decided to put on the market.
