Good playing action. Takamine is a repaired 1974 model 370S, some applique' & varnish was applied by a previous user, $275:
There was never an official lawsuit filed by Martin against Takamine over their F-370S or other copies. Instead, the term "lawsuit" refers to the era in the 1970s when Takamine received a cease-and-desist letter from Martin for copying the design of their acoustic guitars, including the distinctive headstock and script logo. Takamine then changed its design.
The Luna is a player I bought from a first time user, I dressed the fret ends and has a great etched front, $225
all re-strung and play & sound great.
