This Alesis Quadrasynth Plus Piano is in good working condition. It has been modified with the sound set from the 20mb Alesis S4 Plus. This means the piano sample is replaced with a different one (not as nice), and higher-quality GM samples are added.

One white key has the front lower plastic piece broken off (pictured). This does not at all affect playability and is not visible unless looking underneath the keys.

Everything works perfectly, and the display is bright and has no issues. 64 notes of polyphony and 16 part multitimbral. Excellent inboard effects. Action feels great. It has 2 sets of stereo analog outputs and one stereo digital output, along with 3 pedal inputs and an expansion card slot. The piano can be added back using this card slot if desired, or there are several other great sounds available via expansion cards.
