The Operations Lead will own and run Somadome's daily internal operating flow — from sales-to-cash administration through logistics, service, and onboarding coordination — while overseeing the team members executing each function. This role is the connective layer between internal operations and market-facing activity.
**Sales & Admin Flow**
- Send customer quotes upon request from Account Management
- Send invoices and manage deal-closing administration
- Tag Supply Chain once a deal closes
**Logistics Oversight (shadow)**
- Confirm SKU assignment for each closed dome
- Shadow dispatch, delivery, and installation coordination
- Oversee white-glove quoting process when applicable
- Ensure communication flows between warehouse and customer
**Service Oversight (shadow function over service's execution)**
- Open and annotate service tickets on customer accounts
- Assign tickets to Service and ensure timely resolution
- Track ticket status to closure
**Onboarding & Account Support**
- Coordinate with Account Management on post-sale onboarding setup
- Ensure new accounts receive needed support
**Systems & SOPs**
- Own day-to-day operation of internal systems and standard operating procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements across all functional areas
## Compensation & Structure
- Initial audit project: defined scope, 5 hours
- Full-time role compensation: $50,000-$65,000 (annualized; reflects current-stage company constraints)
- Compensation review tied to milestone achievement
## Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated ownership mentality and ability to manage cross-functional coordination without micromanaging
- Strong communication skills for both internal team alignment and external customer/partner-facing tasks
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, resource-constrained environment with evolving scope
- Available full-time or more, with high engagement expected
