JOB TITLE:  Customer Service-Admin/Data Entry Clerk

Status:  Full Time

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.  

Key Responsibilities:

Primary focus is building relationships with customers and communicating with managers to resolve complex manufacturing related customer service issues while providing important office support. Responsible for compiling, entering and processing customer data along with data for the day-to-day operations of the company. 

• Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer telephone and screen and direct calls
• Purchase and maintain office supplies
• Must be detail oriented
• Review, process, acknowledge and maintain customer purchase orders
• Become familiar with the customer needs
• Enter data accurately with speed and competency
• Determine data entry priorities
• Must be able to work in an office setting with a discreet and professional manner

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Other duties as assigned by management


• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years experience in an office administrative role
• Experience with computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and E2 shop software
• Time management skills
• Organizational skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Professionalism
• Able to multi-task
