Job Title: Customer Service Representative
This Company provides third party services for health care related matters. This position is in a high volume, call center environment. Ideal candidates will have experience handling customer service related phone calls. Additionally, all calls are documented in a company computer system. The ability to comfortably navigate a computer is essential in this role.

Training schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday
Regular shift/schedule: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM Monday-Friday
$12.00/hr. ($12.50/hr. for Bilingual Spanish)
• Assisting customers with questions, concerns and inquiries regarding healthcare accounts.
• Reviewing healthcare plans with potential customers and assisting with the enrollment process
• Handling 70-80 calls per day
• 1 years of customer service experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have the ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
• Must be willing to complete the necessary pre-employment assessments in a timely manner
