Lemma Construction is seeking a Senior Construction Administrator to support the delivery of luxury custom homes and architecturally significant projects. This role is at the center of our operations, ensuring every detail—from contracts and budgets to submittals, procurement, and client communication—is executed with precision.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has extensive experience in high-end residential or complex commercial construction.
• Excels at contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, and document control.
• Is highly proficient with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction management systems.
• Communicates professionally with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship, accountability, and attention to detail are non-negotiable.
