General Contractor in Rancho Cordova looking to hire full time office position in a small office environment. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and able to work as part of the team. We are looking for the right person with the ability to learn while also bringing their own skillset to the table.
Must have experience in the following:
Month/Year End Close
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
At least five years' experience using QuickBooks
Payroll and experience with ADP a plus.
Strong communication skills-verbal and written and is a good listener.
Must be able to take direction and work independently.
Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
Perform filing and general administrative tasks
Maintain vendor and project files
Must be punctual and reliable
Bachelor's degree is preferred
