Hiring Office Assistant/Receptionist
We are a large real estate/mortgage company looking to hire a Office Assistant/Receptionist for our front desk. We are looking for the person that will make a great first impression for us on the phone and as people come into our office.
We need you to be professional and welcoming and have a huge smile even if its been a tough day. We need someone who is motivated to go above and beyond a job description and help our agents when they need and our clients.
We are looking for a team player who can learn fast. You will be learning how to use MLS and Zipforms and other programs related to real estate. If you already know these programs then even better.
We are looking for someone Full Time. We are offering 12.00 per hour, with potential for increase once you show us that you are awesome, but for now, 12.00 is our max. We just wanted to make sure that you know this before you come in for an interview and expect more.
Our office is on the border of Sacramento and Elk Grove, close to the Costco and CARMAX. We have a beautiful location, but it is important that you have transportation to our office and it is not too far a commute for you. In our experience if you live too far, then your travels will get tiring. Just thinking of you.
There is opportunity to grow in our company as we are going to be expanding fast.
