The Company:
Since 1989, Money Management Educators has been providing our interactive seminars for corporations across the United States – both large and small. Staffed with volunteer instructors, we are an ‘education only’ not-for-profit company. We are passionate about financial wellness education and our instructors are committed to teaching others how to take ownership of their financial future.

The Position:
We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience.

The Location
Roseville, CA

Responsibilities
• Scheduling seminars with companies via phone and email
• Preparing and sending flyers
• Data entry
• PowerPoint editing
• Ordering office supplies
• Filing, copying and faxing
• Internet research
• Creating and tracking invoices
• Spreadsheets
• Support of team of educators/financial advisers and their staff
• Prepare reports
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Requirements
• One year of administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with WordPress a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Responsible, reliable, high integrity, self-motivator, ability to learn and problem solve
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership of tasks without requiring constant supervision
