Position Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Helping on Schedule customer appointments and deliveries
- Support sales associates and management team
- Maintain showroom appearance and front desk organization
- Handle customer inquiries and basic administrative tasks
- Assist with filing, data entry, and office support
Qualifications
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Retail or receptionist experience preferred
