Experienced administrative assistant needed for law office in Sacramento. Duties would include but not be limited to:

- Answering phones and directing calls appropriately.
- Client communication.
- New matter intake, including preparing intake form, preparing form letters, creating electronic file and
opening in Abacus.
- Processing incoming mail, which consists of logging it into our system, scanning and calendaring items as
- Other tasks as needed and/or assigned
Qualified candidate should have a minimum one-year prior law office experience, or similar setting. Candidate should be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe preferred. Please send a cover letter and resume for consideration.
