Small, busy office is looking for a professional full-time administrative assistant to support an Executive and his team. This is a structured environment that requires an efficient, fast learner with the ability to work well with the staff to complete the many responsibilities of the office.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of five years office experience, who is adaptable, has a good work ethic, interacts positively with others individually and in teams. Candidate must have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the ability to compose professional business correspondence from draft. Intermediate computer skills are necessary.

Job Description
Assist the Executive with day to day projects, calendaring, correspondence, meeting planning, making travel arrangements, reconciliation, and office facilities management. Work with other staff members cohesively assisting them when needed with various projects. Other responsibilities would be greeting guests, answering phones, sorting mail, processing payments, and filing.

Intermediate computer skills including but not limited to all MicroSoft Office products, internet and email
Attention to detail, comfortable working with numbers
Ability to meet strict deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Fast learner and a team player
Organized, dependable, take initiative
Work independently and with others
Work in a structured environment and take direction
