Invoicing and Admin Assistant (SACRAMENTO)

compensation: $13.00/hr - $15.00/hr DOE
employment type: part-time

We have an immediate opening for an administrative assistant. Our company offers medical, dental, vision, 401K, and supplemental insurances. Paid holidays, vacations, and sick time is also available on an accrual basis. We offer a fast paced, team oriented environment with steady employment. The right candidate for this position will be reliable, honest, hardworking, and a self starter.

Hours: Full-time Monday-Friday, flexible availability between hours of 7:30am - 4:00pm

This is an entry level position and are willing to train the right candidate. You must have strong customer service skills and be very comfortable with answering a high volume of phone calls.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
- Heavy data entry of customer invoices
- Dispatching calls to route drivers and technicians
- Accounts Receivable: Process customer payments
- Heavy clerical duties including emailing, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Special projects as needed.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
Minimum two years of customer service
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent follow through skills and accountability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quickbooks experiences is a plus but not required
