We are looking for a full time Office Assistant/Receptionist for a small but busy Arden area law firm with at least one year office experience, medical or legal experience is helpful, but not required. Reception duties include greeting clients and visitors, answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system, potential new client intakes, processing incoming correspondence, faxing, scanning and printing. You will be typing correspondence, scheduling new appointments and running office errands. You will need strong spelling and grammar skills, be able to multi-task, answer multiple lines, have excellent customer service skills and be willing to work as a team player and get along well with others. We are looking for a person who is outgoing, friendly and a quick learner to join our team environment.

Attention to detail and self motivated
Proficient in common computer programs (Word Perfect, etc.)
Previous office or law firm experience a plus
Ability to speak Spanish
