Carzone is expanding and open a new auto service shop at Sacramento. We are looking for experienced full time or part time office coordinators. The person in this position must possess outstanding customer service skills along with providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position required auto mechanic shop experience .
Shift varies from 9am- 5pm Monday-Sunday.
Perform receptionist duties
Order vehicle parts
Answer and direct customer calls
Follow through all the appointments and ordering
Coordinate with other shops
Manage and organize office environment
Able to perform as team
Strong management and organize skills
Must be punctual and accountable
Attention to detail and very organized
Perform other assigned duties
Skills and Experience Requirements:
2 years of car dealer employment and automotive experience
Excellent customer services and communication skills, verbal and written
Independent and self-motivated, can operate with minimum directions
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel
Must have a valid CA Driver's License
Salary starting at $15 per hour, negotiable due to experience.
