Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Administrator with a marketing background to support our sales team and help drive business growth. This role bridges sales operations and marketing support, ensuring smooth internal processes while assisting with lead generation, customer communication, and brand initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable interacting with customers, and understands how marketing supports the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including quotes, proposals, contracts, and order processing
Assist with reviewing, tracking, and closing sales opportunities
Communicate with customers and clients via phone and email in a professional manner
Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams
Maintain CRM systems, customer records, and sales reports
Assist with marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials
Help manage inbound leads and follow-up activities
Prepare presentations, sales materials, and marketing collateral
Track marketing campaign performance and support lead-generation efforts
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales administration, marketing support, or a similar role
Background or education in marketing, business, or communications preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers and clients
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (CRM experience a plus)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM systems
Experience with email marketing, social media, or basic graphic tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Experience supporting a B2B sales team
