The rent is "full service" with no additional charges such as janitorial or utilities. We are looking for a 12 month lease. The first month rent and a security deposit of 1 month rent are due at signing of lease. The building is locked 24/7 but you'll have access through a Key Card. Your guests and visitors will have access through an Automatic Door Opening System. You will have offices in a SAFE BUILDING.

Suite 336 is an interior office. The use of a conference room in the building is available and free of charge. Weekend heating and air conditioning.

You will have a space in a beautifully restored, historic landmark with modern building systems. Comcast high speed cable and fiber optics provided by ATT, Consolidated and Wave Communications are available but charged separately. There is an onsite manager ready for your needs from dawn to dusk. Mail is delivered directly to your suite and not to a distant drop-off point. 60 suites of various sizes will accommodate your growth -- or downsizing -- onsite.

You and your customers can get your first java jolt in the morning at the Starbucks newly opened across the street. You can keep in shape by exercising at 24 Hour Fitness in Downtown Plaza. Our Beach Hut Deli provides you with scrumptious sandwiches and more.The Malt and Mash bar is happy welcome you to its Irish stout and other delicacies. Soon our new restaurant Butcher and Barrel will delight you with lunch and dinner menus.

The 717 K Street Building is located close to Downtown Plaza and next to St. Rose of Lima Park, which has just changed its name. Its proximity to the Courts and the Capitol has attracted attorneys and a great number of non-profit organizations and lobbyists to our building.

The developers for the 700 and 800 block of K Street have converted the buildings across K Street into a lively retail and entertainment center. With the redo of the K Street Mall streetscape, the construction of the Arena, subsequent renovation of Downtown Plaza, and the development of hotels and office buildings in the neighborhood our building is truly the center of attractions in downtown Sacramento.
