Foxy — 6-Month-Old Survivor Dog Needs Loving Home (Fair oaks)

Meet Foxy, a 6-month-old herding mix and part of the legendary “tomato field crew.” Five of her siblings were rescued from a tomato field and taken to Solano Shelter. Foxy and her brother were clever enough to evade rescuers at first, but a few days later they, too, were safely brought to a foster home.
For the past two months, Foxy has been living the good life in foster care — trading the dirt and vines of the tomato field for cuddly dog beds and endless love.
Foxy is expected to grow into a medium-sized dog, around 50 pounds, and she is already showing she has the perfect temperament. Of all her littermates, Foxy is the most easy-going. She’s:
• Potty trained
• Free of separation anxiety
• Not a barker
• Playful with other dogs
