3.3” dual-speed Crayford style focuser with 2” and 1.25” adapter, three working in-built cooling fans (with your 12v power supply), 4” of extension tubes (1x 2”, 2x 1”), front and rear caps, Losmandy-spec dovetails top and bottom and a Synta style finderscope shoe.
Weighs 35lbs as it is, more with whatever you put on it so you will need a very substantial mount to carry this.
No diagonal, eyepieces, cameras or finderscope…if you’re seriously considering this scope you already have all that.
Yes, Orion is out of business but this scope is currently made by GSO in China and being sold under other various brand names: Agena Astro ($2699) and iOptron ($2888) to name two.
Excellent cosmetic condition overall but not quite mint (a few marks on the tube), very impressive visual star test done by me. Mirrors and coatings excellent, no issues.
Bottom line, nice scope.
$1500, price firm for now, thought I'd offer it semi-locally before posting it on Astromart.
Cash only unless you have astro stuff of interest to me towards a trade. Local pickup/meetup in the Chico/Redding/Oroville area only, I won't ship this, however I do occasionally take a trip to the Bay Area, a meetup can be arranged for a seriously interested buyer.
