This is a Great example of a genuine Manfrotto 196AB-2 2-Section Single Articulated Arm with a removal camera platform offering a 1/4” standard camera tripod knob and comes with a manfrotto 035 super Clamp too. This Set has a design that allows it to be quite versatile to use a camera, lighting or accessory with knob controllable an articulated center and ends. Each end has either a 1/4” or 3/8” female screw thread for additional accessories or to mount it to other tripods or stands as needed. The set comes with a genuine Manfrotto super clamp that an hold this Manfrotto arm and can be used with many other accessories as needed …a very versatile set indeed….
This arm can be removed from the included super clamp for more versatility as needed. It is rated for 2.2 lbs (though I have heard they can be used with heavier but not attempted).
This Manfrotto Set comes exactly as shown, in Great condition showing light cosmetic use and works Great. All movements work properly, and loosen/tighten down properly.. The quick release plate securely mounts… this is a nice working set!!

The Manfrotto 2-Section Single Articulated Arm with Camera Platform supports 2.2 lb when fully extended. The versatile sliding extension system allows for easier positioning of your attached lights, even in awkward or tight spaces. The arm has a maximum length of 23.8" and a 5/8" bottom spigot with 3/8"-16 female threads that is compatible with the optional Super Clamp. The top spigot is also 5/8" but has 1/4"-20 female threads.
The Manfrotto (035) Super Clamp is made of lightweight cast alloy. The Super Clamp is a very versatile tool and it holds just about anything: cameras, lights, umbrellas, hooks, shelves, plate glass, cross bars, even other Super Clamps. In turn, the Super Clamp can be securely mounted on any tube from 0.5 to 2.1". A built-in socket allows the use of over 30 attachments to hold anything from backgrounds to lighting fixtures.
