This is a very nice example of a made in Japan, first series Nippon Kogaku 500mm f8 Reflex-Nikkor Mirror lens Set. This lens works great on many Nikon Digital and Film cameras (full frame FX and cropped frame DX too) and on other camera system (with a proper adapter) and it also can make an impressive high power spotting scope lens as well/
This lens comes exactly as shown; in Great condition showing Very light wear and takes great images too. The lens glass has No scratches, light dust, a few small mirror haze dots, nice coatings. The focus works nice and smooth. The lens properly take rear filters and the rear tripod mount rotation works with nice click stops.
