New GM OEM headlamp switch for a 2004 to 2012 Chevrolet Colorado or GMC Canyon. Shop installed the wrong switch without a provision for the fog lamps, so taken out a week later to install the correct switch. So box shows correct switch for fog lights, but the one for sale was the incorrect switch that came out, and is # 20983207 without fog lights. GM list is $103, same new switch for a lot less.
