Good used floor mounted equipment, tablet, or laptop stand, made by ram-mount.com products. The base with bolts and spacers, and a 9" pole are what's for sale. You'll need an upper pole, swingarm, and platform to have a complete setup. Came out of a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Government vehicle, and fits 2005 to 2010 GC's. Mounts to the passenger front seat brackets, to use for a computer screen platform, and may fit other applications. Base part number RAM-VB-142 plus the 9" pole part number RAM-VP-TBF9U, sells for about $100+ new.
