Don't know maker, but came with a Wrangler I had years ago. Looks like CNC machined aluminum, attaches over the red lens with two screws. Longest length is 6.75", and height is 1.5", $15.

Third brake lamp assembly for 1997 to 2006 TJ's, $40.

Last two photos are for a third brake light extender, $20.
