Good used Roadmaster base plate with detachable tow brackets, part number 1159-1, and looks like online pricing of $450 for just the baseplate with brackets. Can come with the front 4 pin socket and wiring to the rear, and modified tail light housings with independent towing 1157 brake and tailight sockets with bulbs for another $20. Based on their online application list, fits all styles of 2001 to 2004 Tacoma's.
