Used a couple of times, then taken off when I sold the truck. Very dusty from sitting in inside storage for years, saved for the next truck that never happened. Came off of a 2006 Dodge 3500, their website calls for 2003 to 2012 year models, and has part number D1102. Bolts underneath and attaches to the factory frame welded hitch to run an over and under extension when towing a trailer with a cab over camper and also has a place to mount rear camper tie downs. Online discounted hitch runs $800+ plus tax, like new for $450.

Rear for the Superhitch only camper tie downs, part number R3503, online at $387, like new $200

Front tie down mounts, part number D2101 for 2003 to 2009 online for $466 for $250
These three pieces to make a complete setup for $900 instead of $1,653+
