Needs a screw, washer and nut available at any hardware store to secure support to the deflector. I would suggest replacing them all because its an different kind of plastic seems that degrades over time unlike the deflector and supports (see 2nd photo). Probable a couple dollars will do it if you don't have them laying around (I'll look to see if I have any).
