Sales Associates (“SAs”) will be eligible to receive incentives based upon the monthly funded loan production achieved by the assigned Business Development Manager (“BDM”). The following activities which are established by the BDM, represent the primary responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

Outbound sourcing calls and email messages to existing or prospective clients or borrowers.
Outbound LOI pull-through calls and marketing.
Loan pipeline management support.
Sourcing self-generated business with support by the assigned BDM.
Developing working knowledge of loan programs offered by CALCAP and the ability to structure loans based upon feature and benefits of CALCAP’s offer.
Developing and demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all systems applications involved in the sales process, including the CALCAP Loan Origination System.
Completing DRE and NMLS required licensing coursework and successfully passing final exams within 8 months of date of hire.
