Join a growing Sacramento based Property Management company! This position of Assistant Property Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Coordinating and Operations departments.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Rent collection, lease creation, auditing, property specific licensing and permitting, preparing and tracking reports, problem solving, data entry across multiple systems, providing accounting related support.
Experience in property management is a must, with knowledge of a computer based property management billing system such as Manage America, Park Billing or Rent Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills. Must be a self starter.
