Duties and Responsibilities
Provide a high level of customer service with residents
Lease available units using leasing skills with full compliance of fair housing laws
Perform move in, move out inspections of vacant units and monitor turn over work being performed
Weekly reports which consist of vacancies, collections, leases, notices, and work orders etc
Maintain organized notes regarding all communications, work orders, etc.
Perform periodic inspections of units
General cleaning & maintenance of the building and grounds to maintain exceptional curb appeal **Based on experience
Respond to all residents request or complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
Serve as employer's representative to enforce ALL rules governing the premises under the lease and report any violations or problems to immediate supervisor
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of property management including but not limited to posting notices and enforcing regulations within California and Local Fair Housing laws
General knowledge of computer software and internet
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
