LEASING ASSISTANT - REALTOR (Sacramento and Elk Grove)

This is not a part-time nor full-time job, it is based on availability

Driving, Meeting, Showing, Computer/Basic Data Entry, Scanning, Printing, Texting, Calls, and Issue notices

Seeking a leasing assistant for single-family houses, apartment complexes, duplexes, and commercial units.
Locations: Elk Grove, Sacramento, and NEAR by areas.

Qualified candidates will have a strong understanding of Property Management and the ability to perform general leasing duties. At least one year of experience in property management and leasing is preferred.

General appointment times: 12 pm, and 6:30 pm weekdays and weekends

Additional responsibilities of Leasing Assistants include, but are not limited to:
Showing and leasing/maintain occupancy
Marketing support to attract new residents
Inspections for Move-in / Move-outs
Collecting late rents
Issue notices to tenants
Coordinate maintenances between vendors and tenants
Answer incoming calls and address inquiries Follow-up with online inquiries
Copying, scanning, faxing (Must own a printer/scanner)
Bank deposits
Enforce all Fair Housing guidelines
Managing rental keys (Must be highly organized)
Qualify applicants and process leasing applications
Coordinating vendors and tenants
Correspondence with landlords/client
Miscellaneous projects, as assigned

Licensed Realtor
Self-starter and works effectively alone
Good attitude
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Professional, energetic, and personable demeanor
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
A minimum of one-year experience as a Leasing Assistant in multifamily property management
Basic computer skills, and experience with internet, and email
Effective communication, both written and verbal
Time management principles (Must be on time if not early)
Maintain a professionally groomed appearance (no flip flops, shorts, and t-shirts)
Basic math proficiency
High School diploma or equivalent
Being Handy is a plus

Great at working by yourself, and great with text and email communications.
Most importantly: the ability to keep an appointment and great with follow-ups.
