Rocklin based Property Management Company currently seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for a 200+ space Mobile Home Park in South Sacramento, CA. Mobile Home Residency Law and Title 24 experience is a plus! As a Leasing Consultant, you're the main point of contact for residents, prospective residents and vendors at your property. You will greet callers, tour prospective residents, facilitate lease agreements, and provide resident services.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must have leasing experience in Mobile Home Parks or Apartments
• Mobile Home Residency Law and Title 24 Knowledge a plus!
• Computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook a must, Publisher preferred
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to research needed information online and over the telephone
• Ability and desire to be part of a team
• Excellent verbal communication skills including strong customer service
• Valid driver’s license
