We are looking for an in-house real estate recruiter. You should have real estate experience such as a transaction coordinator, etc... This is a salary plus bonus position. The role will entail the recruitment and retainment of agents and broker associates to our virtual team.

Responsibilities include:
● Manage Agent Recruitment
- field calls, emails
- set appointments
- conduct mutual interviews with agents
- conduct individual business assessment with agents
-identify strengths & weaknesses
-challenge agents to build their business through proven strategies

● Manage agent Re-tension
- Identify individual & group challenges faced by our team
- Provide coaching to agents
- CRM practices
- Buyer / seller challenges
- Liaison between agents and broker / CAR legal hotline for transaction
challenges
- Provide feedback to IT Team on how to use our technology efficiently

● Analyze CRM trends for lead conversion & relationship management

● Convey popular requests for CRM customization to IT Team

● Manage new Agent process
- SAR info
- Metrolist
- Collaboration tools
- Email
- Docs
- CRM

● Conduct weekly Realtor Google hangout (Sales meeting) online

● Manage marketing systems / staff
- Social
- Inbound
- Outbound

Skills:
● Listening / coaching
- RE is a people business, so mostly we face people challenges. We're looking for
someone with the intensive listening & problem solving skills
● Marketing
- understanding of traditional marketing / farming campaigns
- knowledge of social media outlets such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google

● Interpersonal communication
- Efficient at communicating with broker, admin staff, IT staff, agents, and third parties
● Oversee and assist on house accounts
- Coordinate with TC and clients on current transactions
● Monitor virtual agents transactions
- Ensure agents are crossing all "t's" and dotting the "I's" on virtual transactions
