To introduce myself a bit:
My name is B.K. Khatib
*I have 28 years experience in fine dining, upscale and creative cuisines.
*I've worked all over CA. since 1991 in many styles and grasped unique opportunities. I've helped open and set restaurants from scratch.
*Most of my work was as a professional waiter; but I also managed, cooked, and had my own catering business for a while.
*Currently: enrolled in San Marcos University to study a 730 hrs course in Restaurant and Hotel Management. Course starts Jan 15th. ((This program provides a detailed description of the many facets of the Hospitality and Tourism sector, including tours and travel, hotels, restaurants, culinary, casino operations, cruises, and the recreation and leisure industries.))
*My goal is to make the switch to manage a medium to large restaurant or manage a hotel, Casino, or other venues...
*Wanting to finish the course quickly; Looking to scout few selective places and may be help set up their business as a consulting manager part time ONLY.
**I have excelled proudly being a waiter and was on the top 5% earners everywhere I've worked.
