My name is Kathy Lujan
I have a vast amount of experience in General management, executive chef, culinary instructor, dietary Director for assisted living facilities with letters of recommendation from all.
I have managed multiple restaurants and kitchens.
Trained hundreds of managers and cooks.
Wrote weekly and monthly menus along with recipes and cost analysis, for diabetic, vegetarian, vegan, heart healthy, renal etc..
I have a degree from LeCordon Bleu.
I can cook anything, I can bake anything from breads to desserts.
I even owned my own Italian restaurant for 4 years.
My last position I held was for Dietary Director, I had to take time off of work when my son was diagnosed with cancer. Two weeks before I went back to work they replaced me, although they gave me a great letter of recommendation.
My son is doing better and at the end of his treatments to where he does not need me to drive him anymore, so I am ready to start work as soon as possible.
